One-on-one Personal Health Consultations
This is a two hour meeting with you and a macrobiotic counselor to give you a thorough individual Oriental diagnosis and health assessment. You will receive personalized macrobiotic dietary and lifestyle recommendations to promote optimum health.
Video Health Consultations
This is an individual Oriental diagnosis and health assessment through the use of videotape or photographs if you are unable to meet in a one-on-one consultation with your counselor. You will receive personalized macrobiotic dietary and lifestyle recommendations to promote optimum health.
Revisit Health Consultations
This is a one-on-one consultation with your counselor after your initial consultation to re-evaluate your condition and make appropriate changes. When you are new to macrobiotics or healing from a particular illness, it is often recommended that you return in three to four months for a revisit consultation. Most other people find it helpful to have a revisit consultation once or twice a year to maintain their health progression.
Phone Consultation Support
Phone support for existing clients by your macrobiotic counselor.
Ginger or Hot Water Compress Sessions
This unique compress stimulates the blood and body circulation, detoxifies the organs and deeply relaxesthe muscles to remove body aches.
Monthly Community Macro Potluck Dinners
These potluck dinners are a great opportunity to meet and socialize with other like-minded health conscious people in the Sarasota/Nokomis/Venice, Florida community. Call for food assignment and the monthly location. Come eat, laugh and share!
Chair Shiatsu Sessions
This is a traditional Far East therapy that includes gentle pressure with the fingers or hands at specific points on the meridians of the body known to release stagnation and pain to relax the body.

Payment: Please send checks to Harmony Haven Healing Arts, 712 Quail Court, Nokomis, Florida 34275 or cash can be paid at the door. Registration is secured when payment is received.
Cancellation: To receive a full refund, we must be notified of your cancellation one week prior to a cooking class/ dinner or one month prior to a retreat or clinic.
We reserve the right to cancel a cooking class/dinner one week prior to the event if enrollment is low. We reserve the right to cancel retreats and clinics one month prior to the event if enrollment is low. A full refund will be returned in this instance.
